๐Ÿ“… Why Choose Weekend? โ€‹

If you decide to try the previous strategy, itโ€™s time to revisit the websiteโ€™s title. You might notice that I emphasized "weekend" for a reason.

You Don't Have to Worry About Performance โ€‹

On this day, your thinking, emotional control, and physical abilities will drop significantly. You might also experience nausea, digestive issues, numbness, and poor circulation.

From a social perspective, this day will feel like a failure. So, I recommend starting this experiment on a Saturday, ensuring the whole weekend is free of work, social activities, exercise, or chores. Your work and social links won't be affected.

On Friday, avoid exercising to ensure youโ€™re not too tired to rest that night. Make sure youโ€™ve had some sleep in the previous days, even if itโ€™s with the help of sleeping pills. This way, you wonโ€™t overly strain your body.

The only task is to endure the painful day and save your energy for the enormous challenge.

Let Us Suffer and Endure โ€‹

Now that we don't have to worry about social performance, let us just suffer and endure the pain of lack of sleep.

The key points are: Donโ€™t sleep in, donโ€™t take naps, and avoid dozing off, even for a minute. No matter how uncomfortable you are, stay away from your bed and sofa.

Check the weather forecast and choose a sunny weekend instead of a rainy one. Rainy weather can trigger drowsiness and make staying awake harder. On a sunny weekend, you can go to a park or a mall, exposing yourself to sunlight and keeping away from your bed.

Avoid coffee, as being sleep-deprived means that caffeine might amplify your discomfort (especially if it affects your heart).

If you stay at home, prepare some favorite shows to watch. Avoid anything too stimulating like war, horror, or suspense. Light-hearted shows like "Friends" are a good choice. Watch an episode, take a break, and continue until itโ€™s bedtime.
